Kefirlandia.org - The fellowship of Exchange of the Kefir and Kombucha

Welcome to this site dedicated to probiotic grains and strains, intended for the preparation of delicious drinks and desserts, based on water kefir or fruit kefir, milk kefir and kombucha.

Looking for where you can get sources to start growing these delicious nutraceutical? That's good, since the main goal of the site is to find someone who could give you free in Neuchâtel and all of Switzerland, Europe and the rest of the world soon!

The site is divided into 2 parts, as you can see on the menu:

An informative part describing the different probiotics, as well as their culture.
The sharing community: this is where you can register as a donor, or find one, if you don't have any grains yet.

I plan to translate someday the website in German and English, to begin with, and to add the countries speaking those languages in the country selection boxes, but for the moment, I'm still trying to improve the scripts, the navigation, and the database handling of the basis version, the French one.

If you're able to navigate in the french version of the site, and would like to add yourslef as kefir source for a country which is not listed, you're welcome to contact me with this formular to request the addition. If you have some links describing:

the main regions of the country
the departments/states/cantons being part of those regions

, it would help me to add it under shorter delays.

Currently, the database is still under construction, but you can create an account or search the database. It's already functional.
